The Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership (DECCE-L)course is designed to equip participants with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to become effective educators and leaders in the early childhood field. It equips candidates with action research skills to observe, evaluate and appraise teacher-effectiveness in providing creative and responsive learning environments. It also provides candidates with management and supervision skills to encourage teamwork, parent collaboration and efficient operation of preschool centres.
