Feedback and Redress


Students can give feedback via the Student Feedback and Redress Record form. EEC will keep students informed of the status of the feedback investigation within 3 working days upon receipt of the feedback.

EEC will analyse the problem and inform the student of the actions taken. Should the issue not be resolved amicably, EEC will inform student of the CASE mediation channel and EEC will seek advice from CASE and attend mediation with the student till the case is satisfactorily completed. Time taken to resolve should not be more than 21 working days after the receipt of the feedback.
